Ingredients

• 1 cup of Golden Malted Original Waffle and Pancake Mix
• 1 egg
• 5 oz. water
• 2 tsps melted butter
• Blue food coloring
• Vanilla ice cream
• Chocolate Syrup
• Sprinkles
• Cherries

Preparation

1. Beat egg and water together
2. Add Original Waffle and Pancake Mix and mix well
3. Stir in melted butter, mix thoroughly
4. Stir in a few drops of blue food coloring until the mix turns a bright blue
5. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when the outside becomes crispy. We recommend using the Golden Malted Belgian Waffle Maker - makes perfect waffles every time
6. Fold waffle in half, but let the waffles cool before adding ice cream
7. Fill evenly with ice cream, chocolate syrup, sprinkles and a cherry
8. Enjoy on a hot summer day!
