Ingredients
Football Waffle Recipe
- 1 cup Golden Malted Original Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 5 oz. water
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 cup powdered (confectioners) sugar
- ½ tspn. vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp. milk
Preparation
For Icing:
- Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk until spreadable (mixture will thicken as it sets).
- Set aside.
For Waffles:
- Beat the egg and water together.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Ladle onto hot Gourmet Waffle Baker and remove when golden brown.
- Cut waffles into football shapes.
- Decorate football shaped waffles with icing for the laces and enjoy!
