Ingredients

    Blueberry Pancakes
  • 1 Cup Blueberry Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ Cup of Whole Milk
  • 1 TBSP of Melted Butter

Preparation

  1. Beat egg and milk together.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes for blueberries to hydrate.
  5. Ladle onto griddle and cook at 350 degrees until tops of pancakes are covered with bubbles.
  6. Flip pancakes and cook until both sides are golden brown
  7. Enjoy!
